Do you offer custom painting commissions?
Absolutely! Creating bespoke original paintings from your vision is my greatest joy as an artist. BexPaints each custom painting with you in mind. Every piece is so unique to you and one of the most luxurious gifts you can gift yourself or someone special in your life! Just think, no one in the world will have your personalised painting - apart from you.
How do I enquire about a custom painting?
It's super simple! Drop me a message using the contact options here and then we'll discuss in detail on the perfect bespoke painting, just for you! Just 2 things to remember:
- Make sure to have a high resolution photo so I can help you capture all the beautiful detail in the painting. After all, retail is detail, right!
- Choosing the right size can be difficult, but personally, I feel the bigger the better! Size options can be found here, but I am more than happy to discuss what shaped canvas is best for your painting!

How do I buy an original painting?
All original paintings are 1 of 1, hand painted by me. You can purchase an original painting via my website. If you have any queries, please contact me here.
Do you offer international delivery?
I currently offer free UK delivery over £50 spend, or £2.99 for standard UK delivery. For other countries, please contact me directly so we can work out a cost and time.
Please note, if you are located outside of the UK, customs and import duties may be applied once it reaches to your chosen destination. These charges are set at the discretion of your home country and payment of the import fees are buyers' responsibility.
When will my order arrive?
All paintings and prints are carefully hand packed. Prints will be delivered to you in 7 days if you are located in the UK. Countries outside of the UK may take up to 10 days.
Custom pieces will take around 3 weeks from start to finish, due to the intricate nature and time invested to create your vision. If for any reason you require a painting to be completed earlier, please contact me here or by email: info@bexpaints.com and I will try my best to accommodate!
Can I exchange or return my order?
Each piece is an original painting where I spend a lot of time in creating a work of art; from the very start of a blank canvas, to the minute details of careful packaging for shipment. So, unfortunately, I cannot accept exchanges or returns for any original artwork.
